how to be an effective leader

Be  a good leader..

it's hard to become a team leader. sometimes we make the wrong move so as  a result our project/activity fails.but there are some GUIDES how to become better an effective leader.
the following are some guides to be an effective leader:

1) Coach, don't demonstrate
          don't demonstrate what your groupmates will gonna do. just tell/suggest them how to make their part better. because once you demonstrate, they will depend on you in  everything they are going to do. and if that happens it looks like you did everything in your project..

2) Provide Constructive Criticism
          when you criticize your groupmates' work of course you don't want to hurt their feelings. so you must praise their work first then to say your suggestion..

3) Try to be Positive
          if you become the leader be optimistic. have trust in God that you will do your job correctly. and also have trust in your groupmates that they'll do their job correctly..


4) Value your groups ideas
         give importance to the suggestions of your groupmates. always try their suggestions. don't belittle their ideas. when you have done it already and somebody suggests it again don't say "we already did that.... " ..
